    Responsibilities

    As a Facilities Management Specialist you will work as a member of a team to provide Property and Facility Support to CECOM SEC ISD and to the Operational Leads within KeyW to include Property Management of all Government Furnished Property assigned to KeyW under the contract. Provide support at Ragatz Hall and Greely Hall at Fort Huachuca occupied by CECOM SEC ISD and its supporting government contractors. Provide support to the Program Management Team at the KeyW facility located in Sierra Vista, AZ. Specifically, you will:

    • Develop and maintain a Supply Support function (on-site) to coordinate and facilitate the efficient receipt, delivery, tracking, storage, packing and movement of GFE, test and other equipment/supplies in accordance with the Standard Army Supply System
    • Assist in supply and maintenance actions to include working with Central Turn In Point (CTIP) or Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) for damaged or unused equipment and furniture
    • Conduct warehouse operations (receiving, packing, unpacking boxes and shelving)
    • Coordinate and Monitor the Property Account Book and individual hand receipts for monthly, quarterly and annual requirements
    • Manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Property (GFP)
    • Manage commercial carrier transportation service(s)/accounts (e.g.  FEDEX, USPS etc.) and maintain monthly tracking reports
    • Submit and track Work and Service Orders
    • Track and Maintain Supplies
    • Assist with and submit supply order requests
    • Coordinate other logistics related supply support requirements which may emerge during the contract.
    • Provide building escorting to vendors
    • Purchase card procurements and purchase cards reconciliations
    • Occasional travel to customer locations
    • Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • An associate’s degree is highly desirable and 2 years of professional work experience is required.
    • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. 10 to 15 times per day/shift.
    • Able to maintain property records; perform property inventories, monthly Cyclic’s and property management functions in compliance with the (FAR) Subchapter G: Contract Management, Section 51 (Use of Government Sources by Contractors) and Section 45 (Government Property) regulations.Background in conducting Audits, Inventories and Documentation.
    • Able to pick up/turn in equipment, transport, barcode and configure equipment as required.
    • Knowledge in the setup, teardown, arrange, rearrange, movement and disposition of equipment and furniture.
    • Demonstrates Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
    • TS/SCI Clearance Required

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Army Acquisition Corps Level 2 certification in logistics, program management or information technology is highly desired OR recognized industry equivalent professional certification.
    • A history of working with Directorate of Public Works (DPW) able to submit, monitor and close Service or Work Orders
    • Familiar with Government Property forms to include but not limited to: Requisition and Invoice/Shipping Document (DD 1149) Request for Issue Document (DA 3161) Notice of Delegation of Authority (DA 1687) Material Inspection and Receiving Report (DD 250) Turn in for excess or replacement Document (DD 2765-1) Hand Receipt Document (DA 2062).
