Job Description:


The Logistics Technician is responsible for performing the following duties:


  • Executing and reporting on the day to day duties of receiving aviation parts/tools/supplies orders, sourcing same, shipping and receiving parts and/or equipment shipping internationally and or domestically.
  • To maintain parts, supply and inventory levels for local & deployed systems and/or products. 
  • Monitor spare part & tools availability, parts and equipment sent for repair/calibration.
  • Monitor inventory levels and able to answer inquiries regarding order status, availability, required dates, placing orders, securing pricing etc.
  • The technician may be assigned working hours as required to facilitate the maintenance & repair of aircraft as well as shipping and receiving of equipment from one of our office locations. 
  • This is an entry level non-exempt position.
  • The Logistics Technician will report directly to the Logistics Supervisor.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Have and maintain a driver’s license
  • Obtain and maintain proficiency with the basic functions of the Computerized Aviation Maintenance Program (CAMP); to include but not limited to search inventory, update catalog, make a requisition and a purchase order, receive purchase orders into the system inventory
  • Aircraft Parts experience preferred. FBO or aircraft maintenance experience a plus. 
  • Organize and submit detailed reports in a time sensitive manner
  • Lift, handle and operate parts and equipment greater than 25 pounds in weight
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Must have flexibility in work schedule
  • Be willing to travel overseas or within the CONUS
  • Must be willing to successfully operate a fork lift, scissor lift, RTV, tractor, etc
